1. What kind of pieces do you offer?
We offer ready-to-wear and made-to-order dresses – bridal gowns, eveningwear, summer pieces and refined outerwear – all crafted in Romania in limited editions, using premium fabrics.
2. Can I customize a dress?
Most of our products are available in standard sizing. Some models may be customized upon request in length or color.
We also offer a custom sizing service for bridal and evening gowns, at an additional fee of €200. For details, please email us before placing your order.
3. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. For special requests (length, color, custom sizing), please email us before checkout so we can confirm feasibility and timing.
4. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a full size guide. If unsure, send us your measurements and we’ll help you select the best fit. For made-to-order or custom sizing, we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return standard products within 14 calendar days, if unworn and in perfect condition. Customized and made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via express courier. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All details will be displayed at checkout.
7. What materials do you use?
We work with premium fabrics: silk, French lace, stretch taffeta, natural blends, soft wool and delicate tulles. Every texture is handpicked for comfort, elegance and durability.
8. How long does shipping take?
For in-stock pieces: 5–10 business days.
For made-to-order pieces: 3–5 weeks depending on complexity.
Need it sooner? Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
9. Can I request a fully custom design?
We currently offer limited custom sizing, not full design changes. If you're interested in modifying color, fabric or fit, please reach out before placing your order.
