1. Return eligibility

• We accept returns for standard-size products (S/M/L) that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• Made-to-order or customized items (e.g. pieces tailored to your measurements or personalized colors) are not eligible for return, in line with EU consumer law.

2. Return timeframe

• You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to return

• Email us at contact@iuliabalan.ro with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll reply with the full return address and instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We recommend tracked courier services.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.

• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.

5. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange for a different size, color or product, please let us know in your return email.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Made-to-order items

• Custom pieces (made to your measurements, color requests, design modifications) are not eligible for return or exchange.

• These garments are created exclusively for you — as part of our slow fashion & conscious luxury ethos.

7. International returns

• We accept returns on standard-size international orders.

• Return shipping costs, customs duties and bank fees are not refundable.

• Please use secure, trackable packaging.

Important Information for International Orders

Starting August 1st, 2025, all international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
This means import duties, VAT, and any applicable taxes are not included at checkout and will be collected by the courier prior to delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused due to unpaid import fees, return shipping and duties will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

Returns are accepted, but they are not free of charge. The following fixed fees will be deducted from the refunded amount:

• United States: $149 per item

• Europe (EU & Non-EU): €95 per item

• Other international destinations: $149 per item

• Romania: Free returns

Additional Information

We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Returns must be shipped with a trackable courier and securely packaged.
